Held the 3rd Tuesday of each month, Grieving and Gratitude provides a safe and nurturing space for anyone who is grieving. Whether you lost someone recently or long ago, you are welcome here. Your loss is important and your grief is important.
Grieving and Gratitude is an invitation for processing, feeling, honoring, and meeting yourself where you are. An opportunity to be held and share in community without judgement about your person and how you are feeling followed by Restorative Yoga.
About Caitlin Miller:
In addition to being a Yoga Teacher, Caitlin is a hospice volunteer and training to become a Certified Death Doula. She experienced Anticipatory Grief for close to 20 years and feels called to hold space for other people who are grieving someone special after the loss of her father last year. She believes that because death and grief are something we all have in common, there is a beautiful opportunity to be in community and uplift one another.
