How To Abide 200 Hour YTT
Our 2025 cohort is nearly complete,
apply soon to get one of the remaining spots!
Yoga is a vast practice that can help us humans adapt to and thrive in this always-changing world. If your yoga practice has helped to change you, and now you’re ready to learn more, here is the deep dive you’ve been waiting for. Join Hope Hamling, along with a variety of guest teachers to take this journey Abide style. We are not your typical yoga teacher training. We approach our teaching from trauma-informed and social justice oriented perspective, and believe that yoga should be for EVERYONE. Expect to learn the “rules” but then also why they must sometimes (OK…most of the time!) be broken. Expect to read ancient wisdom texts right alongside modern takes on yoga and trauma. Learn about Ayurveda, our nervous systems, and how we’re wired, alongside anatomy. Learn about best practices for trauma-informed classes as well as other modalities to help address trauma in the body. Learn how to share the practices that resonate with you in a heartfelt and authentic way. It’s your time!
