Early Autumn Sacred Seasons Yoga

Mother Nature has built heat all throughout this summer season and now, at the transition into autumn, when leaves begin to change into bright orange, yellow, and red flames, we witness the beauty of transformation.

Enjoy the passion of the season with these practices I have lovingly and mindfully curated for us to sink into.

In this season of transition we will circle together for heart and throat opening Yin yoga and breathing practices that soothe the nervous system. This is also the season of ragweed, so we’ll practice massage that nourishes the lymphatic system.

Building on last month’s gathering and our communal vocalization, this month we will layer on more mantra. I provide enough guidance that a beginner can easily participate.

This is a unique opportunity to expand your understanding of these sacred practices where you are encouraged to ask questions, experiment, and explore your edge.
