Join Amber Gasper and celebrate all that our bodies can do as we give it the space and loving touches it deserves. Bodies of all sizes are welcome and poses will be focused on making room for all of you. We will spend time exploring poses and how to move your belly or thighs to find comfort and ease. This flowing, affirming practice will end with time to journal.
